Unlike all-steel motor mount set-ups, however, polyurethane pads won't rattle your teeth loose.</p><p>The adapter plates included with this kit locate the LS engine 1-3/4 in. forward of the stock SB Chevy engine's position to provide additional firewall clearance.</p>
