Trans-Dapt's premium, billet aluminum engine mounts are designed and precision CNC-machined at Trans-Dapt's Whittier, California manufacturing facility. While these Chevy LS engine mounts have been created for use in open frame cars and trucks, if you've got basic skills with a welder, they also serve well as a custom engine mount strarter-kit that allows you to locate your motor wherever you want it. They are particularly useful in pro-touring projects, when builders try to stuff the engine as low and back as possible, or for rare engine/chassis combinations that have no off-the-shelf mounts. Each kit includes the CNC-machined engine plates, quality poly bushings and steel sleeves, Stainless hardware, and a pair of 1/4 in. thick frame tabs.
